Y Luxe Lashes Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Y Luxe Lashes, we want every appointment to feel seamless, relaxing, and personalized. Because each appointment is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking. • Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your remaining balance on the day of your service. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If your request is made within the approved timeframe, your deposit will remain valid and may be transferred toward your rescheduled appointment. • Late Cancellations & No-shows: Cancellations and rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment as well as no shows. • Late Arrivals: We understand that delays can happen. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be adjusted, shortened, or canceled depending on the time available. If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, the deposit will be forfeited. By booking an appointment with Y Luxe Lashes, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
